Can I cancel my order and/or subscription?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Either email us at thefashionunicornus@gmail.com or cancel in your customer account. 

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Typically, for US orders, your items will be shipped out within 4 business days. 

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How To Return My Items?

Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds for items in the subscription boxes. However, we do accept exchanges.

For individual items, we accept returns within 5 days, however customer pays for return label.  We do not currently allow returns for international customers.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Each item may have a different length, width, etc. So please email us at thefashionunicornus@gmail.com if you would like specific sizing information on an item.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email atthefashionunicornus@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
